How it works

Live chat on your site in three steps

  1. 1

Add your site in the bot

Open the Webchatix bot in Telegram and send /newsite — the bot replies with your widget code.

  2. 2

    Paste the code

Two lines before </body> on any site: WordPress, Tilda, Shopify or a custom build.

  3. 3

    Reply from Telegram

Visitor messages arrive in the bot, you answer with a regular reply. History is kept in the dashboard.

Telegram bot

Answer customers straight from Telegram

Operators do not need a separate console: a message from the website widget arrives in the Webchatix bot — in a private chat or in your team group. The answer is written as a plain reply to the bot message and reaches the visitor a second later. The request card shows the name, contacts, the page the customer is writing from and their city — before the first question is even asked.

  • Claim and hand over a dialog — the “Claim”, “Release” and “Transfer” buttons: everyone sees who is handling the customer, so replies never double up.
  • Routing — messages from different sites and pages go to the right operator or group.
  • Files and images — sent both ways, and the history stays in the dashboard.
  • Admin commands — /newsite, /bindsite, /ops, /assign: connect a site and grant access without leaving Telegram.
  • Escalation — if a customer gets no answer within N minutes, the bot reminds the admin.
Open the bot in Telegram

Press “Start”, send /op_me — and you are on the operator list. Sites and routing are configured in the dashboard.

What you get

Chat features

Everything a support team needs to answer fast, keep the context and never lose a request — in one lightweight widget.

Instant start

The widget loads together with the page and never blocks the content: the visitor sees a greeting, the operator name and the expected response time.

Offline requests

When nobody is around, the visitor leaves a message with contacts — the request waits for an operator instead of disappearing.

History and context

Every dialog lives in one window with a searchable history, so a conversation continues exactly where it stopped.

Files and canned replies

Screenshots and documents travel both ways, and ready-made answers save operator time on repeating questions.

Routing and teamwork

Dialogs are distributed between operators and groups, while tags, notes and access rights keep a growing team in order.

Your brand, two lines of code

Integration takes a couple of lines in the page template, and the colours, texts and position of the widget follow your style.

Read more about Webchatix

Webchatix is a modern live chat for customer support on your website, built to make conversations simple, fast and human. It helps companies stay reachable 24/7, collect requests in a convenient form and avoid losing customers at the moment a decision is needed right now. The widget on this page starts instantly and never gets in the way of the content: the visitor sees a greeting, the operator name and the expected response time, and can leave a message in offline mode when nobody is around. Webchatix keeps every dialog in one window, stores the conversation history, supports file transfer and quick canned replies, which saves operator time and raises service quality.

The system notifies you about new messages, preserves the context of the conversation and lets you continue from the point where it stopped. Integration takes a couple of lines, and the widget appearance can be adapted to your brand style. For visitors it means instant contact with the company; for the business — higher conversion, less load on the call centre and transparent analytics. On top of that you get greeting scenarios, dialog distribution between operators, tags and notes, and convenient search through the history.

Webchatix works over a secure connection, behaves correctly on mobile devices and requires no app installation. It scales easily: today it is a single operator, tomorrow a team with different roles and schedules, while the routing logic suggests who should take the dialog over. The widget collects feedback, which helps measure satisfaction and improve processes. Built-in contact forms and quick buttons help users state their request faster, and operators clarify details without extra questions.

Access rights and a single dialog control centre keep order and service quality under control. Webchatix turns questions into solutions and requests into long-term customer relationships, making sure no message is left unanswered.

All features

Webchatix features in detail

The widget, operators working in Telegram, an AI responder and website analytics — all in one service, set up without a developer.

Website widget

  • Matches your brand Button colour, position and offsets, chat title, logo and greeting text.
  • Working hours and offline mode A schedule with time zone: outside working hours the widget shows “offline” and collects requests with contact details.
  • Invitations and display rules A pop-up invitation to chat and a choice of pages and devices where the button appears (Basic and above).
  • 7 languages and sound The language follows the page or browser: en, pl, de, ru, uk, be, ar with RTL support. Custom notification sound.
  • GDPR and JavaScript API A consent checkbox before the first message; show, hide, open and close commands to control the chat from your code.

Operators in Telegram

  • Answer with a regular reply A visitor message arrives as a card with name, contacts, page and city; your reply reaches the chat in a second.
  • Team groups Connect a Telegram group and any member can answer. Groups do not count towards the operator limit.
  • Claim, transfer, release Everyone sees who handles a customer; a dialog can be passed to a colleague or closed with a rating request.
  • Routing and roles Messages from different sites go to the right operator or group. Owner, admin and operator roles, access by invitation.
  • Templates, notes, files Canned replies with /tpl, team notes the visitor never sees, files and photos in both directions.

AI and automation

  • AI responder If no operator answers within a set number of minutes (3 by default), an AI powered by Google Gemini replies.
  • Knows your company Describe your hours, delivery and what must not be promised — the AI answers briefly and never invents prices or deadlines.
  • Stays out of the way The AI leaves claimed dialogs alone, and the team sees every AI answer in Telegram.
  • Escalations If no human answers in time, the bot alerts an administrator — even when the AI has already replied.
  • Ratings and CRM Visitors rate dialogs and the dashboard shows a summary; events and contacts can be sent to your CRM via webhook.

Website analytics

  • Traffic Unique visitors, visits and page views, including SPA navigation — no separate counter needed.
  • Search and AI bots Googlebot, YandexBot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot and other crawlers are counted separately from people.
  • Form submissions How often forms on your pages are submitted, per form, without sending any field values.
  • Ads Visits from Google Ads and Yandex Direct by gclid, yclid and paid UTM tags — once per visit.
  • API and stats-only mode Reports for any period with your secret account key; the counter also works without the chat button.
